LAGERS Annual Meeting provides the opportunity to attend educational workshops and forums, mingle with peers from across the state, benefit from face time with LAGERS staff and board members, and participate in the election of LAGERS Board of Trustees.
LAGERS Annual Meeting is open to all members and attendance is encouraged! Each LAGERS employer may designate two delegates for Board of Trustee voting purposes: a Member Delegate and an Employer Delegate. The Member Delegate must be elected by employees of the subdivision and the Employer Delegate may be a member of the subdivision's governing body or a staff member of the subdivision that was nominated by the board.

This form will include registration for the Employer and / or the Member Delegates.
This form will include registration for those wishing to attend the Annual Meeting, but do not want to participate in the voting process.
3. Make Hotel Reservations with the University Plaza Hotel
LAGERS has contracted a discount rate of $91 per night.

To receive the discounted room rate, reservations must be made before October 3, 2016.
The early registration deadline is September 26th. Anyone who submits their registration prior to the early registration date will be entered into a drawing for free lodging during the LAGERS Annual Meeting.
